The Restorative Justice Center is working on a five year plan to implement restorative justice across campus in a sustainable way by building a network of RJ practitioners and supporters in Student Services, campus housing, Multicultural Student Development, students organizations, the Greek system and beyond.

This five-year plan involves training key stakeholders across campus, developing a cadre of RJ circle and RJ conference practitioners, educating students and the campus community about RJ, and maintaining of strong connections with the growing RJ movement in the Bay Area through events and internships.

Currently, the RJ Center is overseen by a Steering Committee made up of key stakeholders from the Center for Student Conduct, Residential and Student Service Programs, Multicultural Student Development, the Ombuds office, and the Peace and Conflict Studies Program. The RJ Center is also in the process of developing and Advisory Board to help with planning and fundraising.
