‘Undocumented Students At UC Berkeley & The DREAM Act: Understanding the Experiences, Stories, And Hardships of the Dreamers’

This group of students in the Spring 2014 session of PACS 128 addressed issues surrounding the DREAM Act at both UC Berkeley and nationwide. Their report includes data, interviews with Berkeley staff persons and undocumented students, as well as recommendations to improve the lives of these students.

‘Restorative Justice Through The Arts: Using Art in Circle Practice’

Gonzalez, a UC Berkeley student, conducted research J.O. Ford Elementary School at in Richmond, California. In her work, elementary school students used artistic practices to express themselves within Restorative Justice circles. Her report explores the use of art as a way to teach conflict resolution techniques at a young age.
